    Overview:

    The Sports Rehabilitation Course offers an in-depth exploration of the latest research and evidence-based practices in sports rehabilitation. This comprehensive program covers essential areas such as manual therapy, injury prevention, optimal performance, and high-performance training. By integrating the best practices of sports medicine and sports performance, participants will gain a solid foundation in rebuilding the kinetic chain, improving mobility, stability, sport-specific functional strength, and achieving maximum performance.

    Course Description:

    Participants will develop expertise in managing musculoskeletal, ligament, tendon, and cartilage injuries through advanced rehabilitation techniques. The course emphasizes designing effective exercise therapies and implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs to restore athletes to optimal performance levels. Key areas of focus include:

    • Corrective exercises and biomechanics of sports movements
    • Sports rehabilitation models and protocols for acute and chronic phases
    • Functional soft tissue release techniques
    • Injury-specific procedures for hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, and lumbar spine

    Learning Outcomes:

    By the end of the course, participants will:

    • Master theoretical and practical skills in sports rehabilitation
    • Apply diverse techniques such as sport cupping, trigger point therapy, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization
