    Biography & achievements

    Renata Ago has lead a distinguished career as a sports rehabilitation trainer and strength & conditioning coach, working with more than 200 athletes, 15 Olympic athletes and 12 teams for the past 15 years.She has worked with various high-level athletes and organizations including the Hungarian Women’s National Water Polo Team, the Hungarian Football Federation, the Hungarian Water Polo Federation and the Erdei Zsolt Boxing Academy. Her mission: supporting them to perform their best at European Championships, World Championships and Olympic Games.

    She is passionate about rehabilitating and returning athletes of all levels back to their activity and has a strong focus on manual and exercise therapy.

    Renata has extensive experience in both sports rehabilitation and performance enhancement settings.

    Also she is currently the Professional Director of the International Wellness Institute.
