    • Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 and above.
    • Prerequisites: No specific entry requirements; however, learners should possess basic communication skills and physical fitness suitable for performing sports massage.
    • Guided Learning Hours: 225 hours in total.
      • In-Person Learning: 40 hours of practical, hands-on training over 4 days, with the assessment on the last day.
      • Online Learning: Approximately 185 hours dedicated to online learning and completion of the Learner Achievement Portfolio (LAP).

      • Client communication, record-keeping, and ethics in practice.
    5. Sports Massage Treatments

      • History and development of massage.
      • Assessing clients, planning, and applying sports massage treatments.
