Trigger Point Therapy, Foam Rolling & Functional Movement Integration
Duration: 1 Day
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Accreditation: International CPD Points
Course Overview
This practical course focuses on resolving chronic pain, muscular tension, and movement restrictions through Trigger Point Therapy, Foam Rolling, and integrated functional movement strategies. Participants will learn how to assess, release, and restore optimal movement by targeting myofascial trigger points and applying self-myofascial release techniques.
What You Will Learn
- Identify key trigger points contributing to pain and dysfunction.
- Apply manual techniques to release trigger points and restore muscle balance.
- Understand foam rolling applications for pre- and post-exercise recovery.
- Utilize the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) to recognize and correct movement patterns.
- Bring all soft tissue release techniques together to design complete movement-based treatment plans.
Hands-On Training
- Trigger point assessment and release for major muscle groups.
- Foam rolling protocols for the upper body, lower body, and spine.
- Functional assessments before and after soft tissue interventions.
- Designing corrective exercise strategies using integrated approaches.
