Biography & achievements

Dr. Dhara is a Women’s Health Rehab Specialist and Chief Clinical Instructor and Team Lead in planning and programming trainings, webinars, and workshops through WOW IIPRE group world-wide.

She is also the Head of Department of WOW IIPRE Pelvic Floor Rehab Clinic that provides services to female patients suffering from menstrual health issues, Fertility issues, PCOD/PCOS, Urinary dysfunctions, Interstitial cystitis, Pelvic organ prolapse, Sexual dysfunctions (HSDD, Orgasmic Dysfunction, Vaginismus, Dyspareunia); and also for male patients with Constipation, Fecal/Urinary incontinence, Chronic pelvic pain, Erectile Dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation and Prostate health issues.

She contributed as a Lead assistant to Dr. Het Desai in research and development of Het’s MMT which is worldwide known for overcoming the limitations of Oxford MMT and was proudly introduced in the syllabus of Masters of Physiotherapy – Women’s Health –Gujarat University. She was also the Chief assistant in designing, developing and research for Het’s Female & Male Sexual Function Scale.

She travels worldwide to conduct pelvic floor rehab workshops and seminars on various national and international platforms in 13 different countries till date for physiotherapists, gynaecologists, urologists, psychiatrists, sexologists, oncologists, onco-gynecologists, colorectal surgeons, etc. through WOW IIPRE – Central government recognized institute with legitimate DIPP No. exclusively for trans-vaginal and trans-rectal pelvic floor education.

Dr. Dhara was the Lead proof reader, MCQ developer and organizer for one of the best books in pelvic floor rehab for doctors - “HET’s Manual of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation”, that was honored to be Amazon Bestseller # 1 in Urology, Amazon Bestseller in Gynecology & Obstetrics and Bestseller in Physical Therapy.

Among her other achievements, she innovated patent government-recognised pelvic floor rehab technologies like Eazypfm exerciser for Transvaginal pelvic floor rehab during pregnancy and WOWPF 360 (non-invasive) for female, male and paediatric population for hypotonus, hypertonus and in-coordinated pelvic floor dysfunctions.
