• Founder -Director & Lead Consultant Movemetology academy, a tertiary care orthopedic & sports rehab center, Bangalore (2020-Present) 

• 10 years extensive clinical practice experience as Physiotherapist & In-charge of the department from one of India’s premier teaching hospital, St John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore. 

• 9 years of Leadership experience as Chief of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation services, from Number One orthopedic super specialty hospital in Karnataka, SPARSH Group of Hospitals, Bangalore 

• Managed High-volume practice overseeing an average of 1,00,000 treatment sessions per year as part of a 28 member physiotherapy team across a chain of hospital units in Karnataka.  

• Injury prevention and Performance Rehab consultant for Badminton, Tennis, Running & Cycling academies and professionals.  

Academic Engagements: 

• Invited as speaker/ faculty in many national & international conferences in India & abroad. 

• Published 21 original research articles in high impact international journals which include the Journal of Arthroscopy, Journal of Shoulder & Elbow Surgery, European Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery, Indian Journal of Orthopaedics and a Cochrane review protocol. 

• Delivered over 130 workshops and CPD programme for physiotherapists in India and abroad, which includes 88 internationally accredited Kinetic Control workshops.
